We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. Our warehouse hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that during peak periods, such as new collection launches, sales, and public holidays. Our order dispatch times may take slightly longer than usual. We kindly ask that you allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during these times.
Orders to WA can take upwards of 10 business days, however for the rest of Australia, shipping generally takes 2-8 business days.

We ship with Australia Post, you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping times are only an estimate. Juni takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated.

Return to Sender (RTS)
Juni does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
Incorrect Address
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at hello@wearjuni.com.au
If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
Import Liabilities and Taxes
Please note Juni does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Juni does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Juni is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
