Customers are responsible for any returns costs and are therefore responsible if a return is lost or stolen while in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the parcel being received. The refund will be to your original payment method and you will get an email notification once it is completed.
Faults or Incorrect Item
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the enquiry below including photos of the item. We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
